Concerning these holy Martyrs, the Martyrology of St. Jerome records: "In Africa: Martial, Statulian, Constantius, Possessor, Hilarinus, Firmus, Candidus, Rogatianus, Eugenia, Lucida, Acuta, Poenica." The expanded Martyrology of Usuard, published at Cologne: "In Africa: Martial, Cyricus, Claudio." Concerning Claudio, a little further below. Cyricus appears to be the same person who is called Cyrinus, who suffered with Primus and Theogenes.
