The Saints, variously disposed in our various codices, seem to be recounted in the order here described. I have already noted that Patruina was transposed in the Epternach, who in the Lucca codices is called Patrunia. The Corbie recedes still more from the genuine text, when for Pelagia, who closes the column, it substitutes one Jocundinus, I know not whom, altogether unknown to the rest. It is exceedingly manifest that the authority of the other codices is here to be preferred.
