The Lucca copy of the Hieronymian Martyrology presents this third class of Martyrs thus: At Antioch of Syria, of Prusducus, Vironica, and Dionina her daughter, Octavia, Potamia, Prodentus. The same are in the Blume manuscript; but the daughter is called Deonina. In the most ancient Epternach manuscript, which we have hitherto used, the names are given thus: At Antioch of Syria, of Prosducus, Veronica, and Domina her daughter, Octavia, Pomia, Iraditus. In the Corbey manuscript printed at Paris, the daughter is called Dionina, and after Octavia the names of Potamia, Prudentus, Focus, and Syrus are listed. In the manuscript Martyrologies of Augsburg and Paris of Labbé are listed Prosducus or Proslucus, and Veronica or Veronicus, but of the latter we have made mention in the preceding class. In the Reichenau manuscript is listed Prosduca at Antioch of Syria, but in others Prosducus. In the very ancient Trier manuscript of St. Maximin the memory of Lucian at Antioch of Syria is kept. In the Irish manuscript of the monastery of Tamlacht, of these are remembered the names of Dionica, Potamica, Prudentius, and Lucian, unless this last pertains to the Martyrs of Saragossa recorded on this day in the Martyrology of St. Jerome, of whom we shall treat on the following day. We certainly leave the name appended to the earlier ones, as distinct from the one named there, because of the antiquity of the Maximinian Martyrology.
